Emotional Eating

Discuss and pros and cons of emotional eating, other coping mechanisms, and how to know if you are eating due to emotions or biological need. Learn to honor your hunger and manage emotional eating. Leave with a fidget ring to help be mindful during times you need emotional comfort as well as a handout that walks through information learned in class.
